Authorizes the use of credit cards for raffles conducted by a nonprofit organization, college, university, or school district.

Allows children to participate in beano games run by nonprofit charitable organizations, provided the games are held on-site at the organization and no fees are charged to participate.

Clarifies that a public official does not have a disqualifying conflict of interest in a decision if the source of income is from a nonprofit.

Prohibits a school district or charter school to authorize or sponsor a student club based on sexual orientation or gender identity. UPDATE - new status.

Prohibits public schools from promoting certain concepts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); identifies three “discriminatory practices” and 13 “divisive concepts” prohibited from public school curriculums, practices, and professional development activities; limits the content of any interactions that nonprofits have with students in public school settings and in any professional development resources that they provide for public school teachers or administrators.

Places a business and enterprise tax on any 501(c)(3) charitable organization engaged in, or attempting to engage in, settling or resettling illegal immigrants; authorizes a bounty up to 10% of the business enterprise tax for the first person who reports business enterprises, including nonprofits, engaging in, or attempting to engage in, settling or resettling illegal immigrants. Makes it a crime for organizations to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection any "alien" who is unlawfully present, as defined by federal immigration law, if the organization knows of or recklessly disregards their unlawful presence; criminalizes acts to "promote, advertise, coerce, or induce" such a person to come to the state; criminalizes provision of transportation, shelter, financial support, or legal assistance, and the conspiracy to do so; imposes fines and temporary or permanent revocation of business licenses for violations; provides for civil forfeiture of any conveyance used to transport persons who are unlawfully present, except by first responders.

Requires the State Library Council to develop recommendations for providing available federal funds to public libraries; repeals the Florida International Archive Repository; provides for arts and cultural grants; authorizes arts and cultural grants to be used to supplement the financial support of artistic and cultural activities and programs, activities and programs that have substantial artistic and cultural significance and emphasize creativity and professional excellence, activities and programs that meet the professional standards or standards of authenticity of significant merit, and activities and programs that are appropriate for all age groups; gives priority to grants supporting celebrations of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence; requires that state funds for libraries, arts, and historic preservation programs only be used for programs that are appropriate for all age groups; repeals language promoting freedom of expression in the arts; repeals grant program supporting the arts in underserved communities; companion to H.B. 1011.

Imposes work-requirements for able-bodied adults enrolled in Medicaid, including working 20 hours per week or mandatory volunteerism of 20 hours per week.
