Establishes the Green and Renewable Energy for Nonprofit Organizations Loan Program to provide no interest loans to 501(c)(3) nonprofits to plan, purchase, and install qualifying energy systems; prioritizes organizations with annual budgets less than $1 million; requires the nonprofit to contribute at least 10% of the cost of the system and assurances; companion to SB 105.
